We had a nice visit with some old friends this summer while we attended the wedding of our friends Eric and Katie (congrats guys!). The wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing North Carolina’s coast and showing Ava the beach. The water was a little cold, but she was determined to get in.

Hello all! Sorry we have been away for so long. It seems that Ava’s walking talent has also shuttled us into a new era of parenthood. We can no longer leave her in one place and watch carefully while we complete other tasks. Now, she is off and running in a matter of milliseconds and we just can’t keep up. Combine that with the usual time hogs of work, summer lawn and gardening chores, and a rampant few weeks of viral illnesses(first Ava then Dave)…and you can see why these pages have been blank. Sorry! I promise to add some new pics at least a couple time a month. For now, here is an update from the past two months.
