Hmmmm, well we did pretty good the first few days, but I think Ava has realized that Olivia is not just visiting. She has become super whiney and demanding…throwing tantrums over the smallest things. I don’t know whether it is the addition of a sibling or the two year molars slowly making their way through the gums…but either way, I’m trying to figure out how to deal with it. My approach so far has been to stay consistent with the rules and not give in (i.e,ignore) the tantrums. We’ll see if that approach works. She is getting plenty of one on one time because Olivia still sleeps so much. We’ll see if things settle down in a few weeks. I guess this means I should put off potty training for a little longer???
